DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES

Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) #089-61112-01

A direct incentive tax exemption program benefiting property owners who renovate existing or construct new buildings - eligible projects can receive exemptions of up to 15 years for up to 100%. 

Enterprise Zone (EZ) #091C

The Pataskala Corporate Park is located in an Ohio Enterprize Zone. Tax exemption is available for eligible projects investing in new real and personal property improvements. 

Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District

The Pataskala Corporate Park is with a TIF. Provices re-direction of property taxes resulting from increased value due to investment to be used for infrastructure improvements in and around the park. 

Joint Economic Development District (JEDD)
 
520.786 acres Created under Sections 175.71-715.83 ORC. Creates an Income Tax within the JEDD boundaries - 1.75% Revenue funds for future infrastructure improvements to benefit the park. 
 

Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Eligible

 
All Licking County is eligible for FTZ status. FTZ status can be achieved in approximately 30 days.
